Link love

Forgot we were going to start doing this this week!  Apologies if we loved your post and left it out this week.  Future weeks…

Sometimes you just want to say DUH to financial advice columns.  BFS did.

Grace for her biannual (biennial?) rant, where have all the bloggers gone?

Some actually novel reasons for mortgage prepayment… not just a rehash of every single other post on the subject, by Sandy L.

I already knew the word, but if you didn’t… an introduction to Freeganism from Everyday Tips.

A thought provoking post from Financial Sam on why the haves are so smug about the have nots.  In this case have means have a job.

A grim reminder on how credit reports have become important for employment from Donna Freedman.

Related is a very comprehensive post on why to avoid credit counselors who advertise debt settlement from Savvy Working Gal.  You’d think it would be a no brainer, but trust me, people are all too willing to believe things that are too good to be true.

Revanche for posting videos from The Guild.  I love that show.

Florence for mentioning that NPR has great podcasts.

Did you have a  fantabulous post this week that we didn’t read?  Should we be reading your blog?  Leave us a comment and that’ll increase the probability of us remembering your wonderful post when we do this again at the last minute next Saturday morning.

Thanks ladies! Sometimes the DUH just has to be said… ;-)

I need to wander over to Where Have All the Bloggers Gone…I wondered the same thing as I cleaned up my Favorite Blogs list last week…I feel like promising my readers that I will at least say goodbye if I ever decide to stop writing.

Dogs rule and the pics on my site late last night prove it, hahaha. Cute kittens btw though…

    ‘Preciate the link love, ladies.
I like the Banned Books Week graphic. Can’t see what Robby is reading, but I hope it’s something with nekkid robots in it.

    Thanks for the shout out.

I love all the same blogs. I guess I need to expand my reading a bit so that I can do a round up that has a couple of articles that has some new stuff on it.

Yesterday’s cakewrecks (see blogroll at the side) was pretty amazing (the What’s this? video) if you’re looking for something new…

Sandy L, as one of the blogs you read, I’m thinking you’re just fine with the list you have, lol.

Seriously though, if you are looking to branch out, feel free to take a look at “My Favorite Blogs” on my left side bar. I actually read and enjoy all of them – they aren’t just there for link exchange purposes, hahaha. That’s an actual list of the blogs I try to read daily but usually end up reading at least twice a week.
