Male brains and female brains absolutely have differences that are completely genetically and developmentally determined. The question is whether those differences have any relevance to cognition, with the best answer right now being probably not.

Insomniac Lab Rat is a nice blogge. It is very good for faculty to read grad student blogges to remind us how grad students perceive things.

I also think it’s helpful for students to read blogs written by more senior people, for the same reason- to see how WE (and our actions) are perceived by our mentors and the people training us.
