Maybe read some news from outside of the States? BBC? Al Jazeera?

  2. chacha1 Says:

bbc.com is my choice for actual news. They do cover Trump and other US-based disasters, but it’s the best source I’ve found for having a clue what’s going on over the whole planet.

  3. Linda Says:

If I’m watching streaming news and Trump comes on, I skip right over it. With radio, I turn the volume down, and with text stories, I just don’t look at them. So, I find it pretty easy to ignore him, although there are still plenty of references to him that I can’t filter out.

I make it a point to look for news and links and reading material that isn’t about politics and HIM because I can’t stand hearing more than I get in the usual Twitter timeline which keeps me up to date enough on activism I have to do.

Holy crap. Myanmar and people getting blowtorched to death and we are talking about Trump…. I did get that info from BBC.

I have been listening to way more podcasts lately.
