    I’m going on a vacay today with family, a roadtrip to ND/SD national parks.

    Also, I won a little something under my fiction pen name. It was a writing comp with a funky prompt and a really short turnaround time for submission, and I won! Which is so cool, ’cause I don’t usually win stuff. Here it is:

    We have taken a real break for the first time in a year and I thoroughly enjoyed it! But I’m travel-hungover and I’m not sure that I can wrestle my brain back into working mode. Oh boy.
